best way to describe an orgasm

I recently was chatting with a younger "virgin" relative and was asking about what an orgasm feels like for a guy.The best way I could describe it was -at least for a guy -was imagining you had to take a leak the baddest you've ever had to go- and when you finally go the relief you feel is similar.Anyone have a better description?And for that matter Id be interested in hearing descriptions about womens orgasms comparisons.

There was this really good/bad 80's teen movie called Seven Minutes in Heaven starring a 15 year-old Jennifer Connelly in which her friend Polly asked a someone what an orgasm felt like. I can't remember the exact quote nor can I find it but it was something like "It feels better to NOT have the orgasm than to have it". I always thought that was a very abstract yet accurate description.
