Even without the read I check behind on the turn, and on the river as well, if we were deeper I'd consider a v-bet but I'd rather see the showdown espec given your read.

What was your read on his river check? Was he showing weakness or do you think he was trapping you. I'd say check this one unless my read told me that he missed. Then I V-bet this one all day.

What ended up happening?
