Tough spot on the end. Your line is quite clearly an A, but he still pushes, giving you almost 5-1... I think I would fold this.

I usually bet the flop, for what it's worth.

I think you played it well. Not really sure on the river...you beat AJ/bluff, though a smart villan here would realize that his shove is not even a miniraise, which would be really lame (given the # of times you typically call here).
