Default Interesting preflop spot

Button - 44/21/2.2
BB - 33/28/6 - very aggressive as of late

The bb raise does not mean very much here, I think the small raise was just an attempt to isolate the button fish. I thought that by just calling here I can play pot control vs. BB and also stack the fish if he hits any part of this flop.

If BB CRAI here do you call?
Does anyone think 4-betting pf is better than calling?
Should my flop bet be bigger?
