Default Chasing losses=bad....

I hate poker, I just had my worse day ever. After continually losing at 2/4, 3/6, 5/10 NL this hand finally broke the [censored] camels back:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $10 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($2470)
BB ($1710.55)
UTG ($1617.60)
MP ($1432)
Button ($2125)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $40</font>, BB calls $30.

Flop: ($80) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $60</font>, BB calls $60.

Turn: ($200) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $150</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $460</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $1610.55</font>, Hero calls $1150.55.

River: ($3421.10) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

Final Pot: $3421.10

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
Hero has Ts Td (straight, jack high).
BB has Th 9h (flush, king high).
Outcome: BB wins $3421.10. </font>

After this hand I decided to chase my losses at 10/20 NL for the first time ever. My third hand:

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $10/$20
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $1348

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is Button with 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($630, 2 players)
