I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it sounds like you're pretty screwed. Michigan State government does not allow you to deduct your losses from gambling. You still can for Fed tax, but not for state. However this is different if you file as a professional gambler. Also I'm pretty positive you should be playing takes on what you have earned by end of December and not just what you have withdrawn from online.
