check (BD draws give high implied odds generally, plus he'll pay off with trips or a ten, although paired board kinda decreases your implied odds)

the 7 isn't the best card since it makes straights, two pairs, and pairs a drawing hand; i'd make a smallish blocking bet, like 75 (little less than 1/2 pot). on flop i'd probably c/c since you implied he is passive in position. i usually raise pf here, but whatever.
