Default part sun $530 mtt QQ vs BB reraise pre

having trouble with hand convertor so ill try to keep this nice and neat.
party high rollers $530 mtt
avr stack ~16000, blinds 400/800-25

hero ~32000 in cutoff with Qh Qs
vil in BB ~35000

hero raises to 2400
vil reraises to 7200

hero calls
flop - 8h 9h Jh

vil bets 14000
hero?

i have been playing pretty TAG, taking down most pots on the flop and only showing down strong hands and havnt lost a showdown in over 1 hour.
i have only seen vil play 3 hands, all were ai pre and he showed A10o, A6o, and KQs winning all 3 hands vs smaller stacks.

i have trouble pre figuring if i reriase and he shoves im commited to this pot and this is bad because if he re-reraises me i am for sure dead. i decide to flat call and see what the flop looks like putting him on AK or JJ or lower.
on the flop even though i have an over pair, 3 nut flush draw and inside straight, he is obv commited here and what can i beat? AK with a heart will beat my flush and JJ or lower has reasonably made a set. in hindsight i guess this is an easy fold but could i have done something better pre?
thanks
