Default Bellagio 5/10

Iam at the Bellagio and I have only seen 1 round. I am familar with some but not all.

Iam on button and I have KQs hearts. I make it 40, and I get a caller. Villan is a regular and I heard he does not play for a living. He has 5.5k and I cover. The Flop was KQ10, and Villain bets right into me at 100, so I thought about just calling but i made it 300. And he reraises to 1000.

Now what should I be thinking here?
Was It bad to raise him to 300?

Its a bit of a weak raise, considering the villain is unknown maybe you should fold.

Given that you raised small though, id like a push.

is there a flush draw on the board? if not, i think calling the flop and raising a blank turn is a good line to keep the pot small so you dont have to face hard decisions like this.

More info please. Did Villan limp/call or was he a blind? What are the suits on the flop?

And how do you have 5.5k in a 1000 cap game if you've only seen one orbit?

I have been very very skeptical of this guy and it all makes sense he is just trying to scam people on prop bets by making phony post like these to make people believe he is credible and just scamming them on prop bets he has been trying to get action in almost every prop bet and i thought he was just a scammer but after seeing this i put it all together i could be wrong but this is my read on him.

You must be running really good to have 5.5k in a 1k capped game and yet not have a read on your opponents.
