Default Rate my Photoshop work

Hi, this is my first thread and post in OOT . I read the sticky, hopefully I am not posting in the wrong forum.

I recently downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS2 and edited a few images I found online. Here is some of my work. How do you like it? Does it look good or amateurish?

What aspects should I look to improve on? Or, what do you dislike the most?

The fonts you chose dont suit the images. The colours are far too busy and there is no contrast between foreground and background. The overall images are generally uncomfortable to look at.

Won't waste your time blowing smoke up your proverbial.

Compared to your average graphic designer/freelancer:

Technical skill: 4/10
Artistic skill: 2/10
Visual appeal: 3/10

There's a lack of artistry and appeal and overuse of preset Photoshop styles and filters. On the plus side, you seem to have a natural feel for form and scale so there's probably room for improvement.

Lol you can make these with paint np . And that is some horrible, use of the lasso tool, try to get some higher quality pictures too.

I don't like the outline around the player in the 3rd pic.

Also they are all too busy with no contrast.
