Eh, this is a eurosite so none of you would know him anyway, what's up with that smug remark...

Yeah, Jfish is one of the consistently better posters here who always seems nice. I highly doubt he was being intentionally smug to another well respected poster.

jeeez people think that being deep is a great excuse to play like a pansy.

Why can't he be pushing a flush or straight? Why do we automatically put him on a boat when he's played exactly like a flush or straight draw? I need a read to fold here, I don't have one...

pretty much this is how I feel about these spots. But most people don't think like this, and are too weak-tight to valueshove smaller flushes or try to take us off of AK/AA or w/e.

ALso, I agree with whoever said that a pot-sized bet is better here.

If you're playing LAG I would expect him to raise a draw somewhere to try to take you off your "bluff". Solid TAGs tend not to flatcall 2 streets with draws on paired boards.

I think this is a fold.

This hand is so flow and image dependent.

I think the small turn bet makes it more likely he calls there with a FD. This is also a perfect river to push, because you are likely folding 100% of your range unless you have a boat this deep
