Got girl's number at a bar. Whats my line?

OK I scored a couple numbers last weekend. One of them looks like its out but the other one may be a possibility.

What's my next move? I got the number Saturday night, and I have not called/texted her yet. According to the "3 day" rule, Wednesday would be the best time to text/call her.

Whats my move here? I'm pretty sure she is hot, but I was 7-10 drinks in at this point. No pics yet, I'll see if I can find her on facebook or myspace though.
