100NL TP with NFD on monotone flop
I only had a couple orbits on villain, was about 20/10/2.
I know everyone's going to say "Arr-in" but that seems so inelegant - Am I ever getting it AI where I'm not a dog? Either against a set or flopped flush? But just calling his raise really sucks and the 4-flush kills my action so I have no implied odds. Let alone what do I do if the board pairs. Can I actually fold here? It seems like my choices are Bad, Worse or Horrible. I'd just shove after his raise, but it's not a big deal I guess.

No, because villian with those stats will not have KdJx. Can anyone argue why check/call flop is bad apart from the "six outer" K or Q falling? |

Re: 100NL TP with NFD on monotone flop
NH.
You're crushing Jx, even if he has a FD too. 56 is hurting. You're good against QQ and KK played tricky. You're in OK shape against 77. Made flush is the only thing you really don't want to see, and you still have 7 outs against that. Yeah, play it like the nuts. |

Re: 100NL TP with NFD on monotone flop
He's repping massive strength; you're drawing ostensibly to his range and it's not looking like you'll get any odds, ever. If he hasn't seemed out of line at all, you *could* pitch it.
People are so paranoid about monotone flops, it's really rare to find people bluffraising them. |
