(lc) Poker books for the Christmas list

Hello all

Just after some advice on some books, Im an intermediate level player, and would like some new reading material for chrimbo. I am a winning player, and i have learnt mostly through tpt, discussing hands, wtaching vids etc, I have done all the harringtons and understand/utilise fully all the concepts covered in those, but have read nothing else regarding to tournament poker, so if a few of you could make any suggestions thatd be lovely.

At this point when it comes to tournament poker Harrington is still the prime reading info, though a couple of things to consider (which i haven't read myself but hear are good) are 'the mathematics of poker' by Bill Chen and 'Kill Everyone' by Lee Nelson.

Not much of any real quality for an intermediate has come out about tournaments unfortunately.

thanks bond, thats a shame. Well in that case any chance you can recommend any general poker reads that I can lob on the bathroom floor? Ive read Roy Cookes play of hands II (limit meh hold em ring, but v.well writen and applicable concepts throughout) and another whos name i dont recall which was basically the guys poker career story with hands and strategy interspersed, so I suppose non tournament books would be ok too if you or anyone else can personally recommend something.


As an aside, Ive always been a fan of your writing style, im sure you could put together some key concepts, ideas, strategems and thoguhts, backed up with personal examples, and if theres a gap in the market....
