[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I have to assume that you're referring to my post. [/ QUOTE ] no; quick reply directed at OP. [/ QUOTE ] also, adsman, how in the hell does one pull off an acoustic cover of "Heroin"? [/ QUOTE ] With flair. It has to be one of my all time favorites to play live. You can build it up and bring it down over and over again. Love your list too Nate, by the way. |

Everlong is my favourite song to play on acoustic. Anything by Eliot Smith is great and a bit different from the standard rock stuff.

Re: What are some good acoustic covers to learn?
I did see a live cover of "Heroin" a few weeks ago, but it was an electric 3-piece (and there might have been a violin in there)-- not a one-man acoustic.
Oh, and I really liked your list too, adsman. [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] |

Re: What are some good acoustic covers to learn?
There's a lot of awesome Bob Dylan songs you could solo acoustic but I don't know if they fit with what your looking for.(Note: I'm thinking more of 'Shelter from the Storm' than 'Times they are a-changing' etc).
