Default 20/180 - basic KK pf question (no I am not considering folding)

4-bet or shove? I have no idea about villain other than that he is German (which generally but of course not always, means he is horrible).

Everlong raises to 550, I think that leaves the best stack size for a flop bet if he just calls preflop.

I like a raise to around 600, even though if he's smart he knows we're probably playing for stacks here... But that raise looks pretty confident to me, so I'm just raising here...

If I've been on a table with villain for a bit and seen many reraises pf or shown down A rag a bit, I would call and bet out 150 on the flop no matter what hits, calling a push of course if things look good. Otherwise, a reraise or push seems pretty standard.

is the preferred move?

We don't want to fold out worse potential overpairs pf?
