Default JTs flush on prd board river c/r

I am fairly (OK totally) new to limit. UTG is a pretty bad LAG-ish player I have on several tables. He two-, and three-barrels rather frequently so there is a chance this is some retarded bluff.. I don't know what the standard river line is here but as played I have to call right?

Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, MP calls, Hero calls, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (5 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets, MP calls, Hero raises, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls, MP calls.

Turn: (5.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, MP checks, Hero bets, UTG calls, MP calls.

River: (8.50 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, MP checks, Hero bets, UTG raises, MP folds, Hero ?.

Final Pot: 12.50 BB

call

edit: he has a flush here a ton and w/ the J T 9 7 and 6 accounted for you have to hope he has the 8 high one somehow

yeah just call, bare trips are possible but u dont have the equity edge against his range that gets this far (6x sometimes folds and not many UTG hands should have a 6 in them even from a loosey) and cr's rather than goes for an overcall, to 3bet and risk a cap. Theres also no value in it against a bluff.

Since he could be bluffing or have like 65 86 54hh 43hh 32hh or even something like AK or AA (that now beats all other two pairs) since u described him as retarded so 11:1 is plenty to call profitably with ur J hi flush, tho id be pessimistic about how often u win here even with him being a lag.

I wasn't optimistic either after getting check-raised on 5th street. I have played a fair share of NL and at least there I can't recall more than 2-3 bluffs when I called a river c/r. Is it a more common move in LHE?

u wont see bluff cr's often at all. here though he could easily be cr'ing a worse hand for value. he shouldnt limp a worse flush utg but hes bad so its possible and trips isnt unthinkable. That with the rare chance this players being a maniac justify a call with these pot odds.

im curious what the worst hand people would 3bet here was
