Default Newbie question about RB accts but delayed deposit

If you sign up for an account through a RB affiliate, do you need to make your first deposit right away or can you wait to see if you like the software, etc? Can you start a RB account at a site and get RB if you start your bankroll with a freeroll win or a funds transfer from a friend? Thanks.

Hi DDD

It depends which poker room....

At FT you can get a friend to transfer you money and you can get rakeback.

AP and UB have always maintained that you need to make a deposit to trigger the rakeback...
At most other rooms, as long as you are signed up correctly, then you can wiin freerolls and bankroll yourself that way

Kind regards

Thanks. Any specific knowledge on Bodog or Pokernordica? PM about Bodog please. Also, if you get a RB acct does it matter when your first deposit is in relation to when the account gets made? Thanks.

Cant help on those...one of the other affiliates here maybe can...

As for when you first start playing after signing up...there is generally no time limit

Kind regards
