Shove.

I think you can fold out alot of pairs<Q. There are hands he won't fold you have a decent equity against them too. I could never c/f this turn against a non nit.

if we check and he shoves we are getting odds to call, so we might as well shove ourselves.

I like open-shoving this flop, and you created the perfect SPR for it, with your 3-bet size PrF.

What exactly is it about a flop shove that you don't like?

Why do you have to be such a dick about it?

I like checking the flop (and CRai) in spots like this because it works nicely into an overall 3betting strategy..

There will be times when I check the flop (ie. say you have AKdd or 75ss) and I'm folding, yet would love to see it go c/c... so its nice to have some balance so that you're not ALWAYS CRai'ing or ALWAYS C/F'ing when you check flops after 3betting oop..

As other said flop cr ai, turn easy push. Buch outs and can call with dominated flushdraws/peeling 1 bullet with 99ish. Cf is ultraweak, easy push.

pped, I haven't read the book - could you explain why 340:140 is the perfect Stack:Pot Ratio (SPR?) for an open shove with nfd + 2 overs?

Thanks!
