Default 100 NL - Flopped set versus regular

I don't have the hand history (PT doesn't seem to get all my hands from OnGame) but i will do this one from memory.

Villain is straight forward TAG. I have 1000s of hands on him. i generally respect his play.

Hero $130 [7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img],7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]] is in LP
Villain Covers and is in BB

Preflop: Hero limps. Villain raises to 5. Hero calls.

Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villain bets 8, hero raises to 24. Villain calls.

Turn J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villain eads for 36. Hero?

His line set off warning bells. What hand does he b/c flop with and then lead the turn?
