Staking on WSOP and multis
is any way to make a written aggrement like a contract? otherwise how can u trust the other that if he won a lot of money will pay you back the aggrement? except if he is your brother and again i am not so sure. i would like to here stakers what have to say and if it is any way to make a guarranted contract for the aggreement?

Also, don't get in agreements with people you don't trust. |

i dont think so. will the contract makes sure that i will get my money? is it valid and by the law? |

Thay3r..all- this is the first year that I've gotten backers for myself..I put together a package of circuit events, smaller atlantic city events, three wsop prelims and the main event..I ended up selling 40% of myself which includes expenses loaded in..I had some nice cashes including 25k in event 35. So at the very least all the investors have a profit with the ME to come..My question is..my contract called for me deducting taxes out of their wins..but how do you guys handle it..Do you pay out a netted down number or pay the full amount and give investors a form that makes them liable for the taxes and lowers your tax exposure?
