Default Call an all-in against one possibly two players on a draw?

MP raiser has been fairly loose while the BB has been tight. This is a hand my bud got involved in the other day. I've been debating what the proper play. We're behind almost always here and most likely have fewer outs than what appears on the surface..thoughts on calling off our stack here? IMO, if we're closing the action and are 100% heads up its an instacall but against possibly two villians..I'm having trouble getting the chips in...

horribly bad pre. What is your plan here first to act after calling this?

no question..preflop is a fold or resteal from a loose opener..thats not in question here. assume he had no 'plan'..but with the lead out on the flop, I get it all in when faced with a reraise, but now we're faced with two way resistence...

Hand is so much easier to play if u check IMO. Your lead is so weak into a board with this many possible draws, that BB's min raise doesn't have to be J9. BB's action in this hand is so confusing? What possible range would u min raise with the LP preflop raiser still yet to act? It's either super strong, or a terrible play. Given the texture of this board, even if he has J9/QT his raise is way too small. He can't have J9hh, b.c u have the 9h. I don't think u can call with Q9s and fold it on one of the best flops that you could hope for. I'd shove and expect SB to fold or call with a hand that u still have decent equity against. LP has AQ;KK;AA more times than TT;QQ;88 here.
