Default $9K Guaranteed - late game situation

Two villains have not done anything crazy stupid that I remember.
19 player remain.

I'm sorry if this HH is messy i'm grabbing an old HH and editing to what i can remember happened in the hand.

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t1000/t500
10 players
Converter

Seat 1: UTG+1 ( 50,280 )
Seat 2: PelExpert ( 15,270 )
Seat 3: SB( 30,800 )
Seat 4: vlappie ( 2,290 )
Seat 5: CO ( 8,510 )
Seat 7: Hero ( 17,010 )
Seat 8: The_Eenddd ( 33,515 )
Seat 9: gerrie911 ( 8,810 )
Seat 10: mrmyopic ( 10,520 )
Seat 6: verpal9 ( 3,700 )

Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
2 folds, UTG+1 raises to t2200, 3 folds, CO raises raises all-in t8510 , folds around to BB, Hero?

I figure UTG+1 is raising wide because of his stack. I put CO's range to be about 77+ and AJ+

Would a shove get UTG+1 to fold?

Or fold and pick a better spot?

I dont want to go into to FT short here, however, maybe there is more time to double up with my stack?

Would it make any difference if I had 20k? 30k?

Shove, the CO's range is huge at that stack and UTG+1 could be raising a lot with his, plus theirs dead money in the pot. I'm very possibly shoving AQ here, AK is an insta shove.

easy shove...I wouldn't want to try and pick a better spot because this is the type of scenario that I wanted to see as soon as I saw that I was dealt AK in the BB.

question to everyone, what hand would you want before you just flatcalled hoping utg+1 calls or shoves over us? KK minimum? Or would you just shove anyway because a flatcall might be transparent and with KK we're not deep enough to call and fold if an A hits the flop?

Would my stack size ever matter here?
