3/5 missed draws, fire one last barrel?

Live game, 3/5 blinds. Table has been very loose, but shortly before this hand the berzerk guy went bust and things started to calm down. I've been at the table for about 2 hours and have played very tight. I haven't raised a single hand pf (frozen wave of garbage) and have won every pot I bet or raised any street (about five pots, each time at showdown).

Villian in this hand is weak tight.

SB checks, BB checks, villian bets $50, MP folds, hero calls, SB folds, BB folds.

Villian bets $50, hero raises to $170, villian calls.

River ($540): 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Villian checks, hero...?

Should I fire one last time or give up? He instacalled my turn raise and he's only got $140 left. What do you put him on? Is my line OK otherwise?

I don't like a third barrel very much here, since he doesn't have enough behind. I think your turn semibluff is too small. It's either call or push IMO. I think I just take the odds he is giving me and call.

That was my plan going into the turn, but his turn bet looked so weak to me that I thought I could take it down. I put him on ace-rag. What do you put him on?
