Default NL 10 , 2 pair , hard decision on river.

This hand happened to me yesterday, sorry but i lost HH, but remember every street.

Seat 4: Button ($13.80)
Seat 5: (sb) Hero ($13.55)

Everyone folds to button, who always open on the dealer 4x the big blind. I didn't see any bluffs of him yet, he was playing tight opening always with position, i played like 30 hands with him don't have enough information. Anyway i have Ah 8h and just calls, bb folds.

FLOP [Kc 8c 3h] pot ($0.90)
Hero checks
Button bets $0.75
Hero calls $0.75

TURN [Kc 8c 3h] [2d] pot ($2.40)
Hero checks
Button checks

RIVER [Kc 8c 3h 2d] [As] pot ($2.40)
Hero bets $2.15
Button raises $12

Im pretty sure if he had AK he was going to bet turn almost every time, i mean what the hell, i dont know what to do here.

I would fold PF. If he seems tight, I don't think I want to just call with A8o, and if you feel that he is just raising to steal blinds, I guess you could 3 bet, but I like a fold PF.
As played, If he has the AK, I don't think he is checking behind on the turn, so I would say you are probably ahead on the river, and would put him on AQ, AJ, AT or something like that. I would call the river.

Weird line, this is a call imo.
Imo only KK, and AK would be played this way.
88,33 would bet again on the turn, having the feeling you got a K, 22 would bet there, too, probably.

I think you have to call here - your river bet can be seen by him as a steal after he checked the turn and he is doing this with AT+

Call, he is going to bet turn with any king to protect from the draw. Your bet on the river looks like a bluff becuase you missed your flush. I think the way you played it im stacking off here.
