There was a response here that was underrated. Just block. If the block is even the most "accidentally" crisp, and your girl doesn't dwarf you or something, she'll hurt herself way more than she'll hurt you. When she realizes she's hurting herself and not hurting you at all, or at least when the pain mounts up enough that she doesn't have to wait till thinking sets in to know she's in a bad place, she's not going to be as willing to throw her hands around. Your deniability is a better tack than forcefully trying to control her.

You grab each wrist and let her struggle to get loose for about 20 seconds before you start laughing at her. Then she gets really mad for a second and you say "Are you going to be a good girl if I let you go?"
Definitely make sure she can't kick you in the balls when you do this.
