Kwik-E-Mart Trip Report

As you may know, a bunch of 7-11's are Kwik-E-Marts for a month to promote The Simpsons Movie. I went to the one in West LA yesterday, it was a HUGE disappointment. They had one aisle set aside for Simpsons stuff, and there was nothing in it because they were sold out. The only Simpsons stuff available were Squishees and the pink frosted donuts, neither of which I wanted. The only amusing part was all the East Indian guys dressed like Apu. Here's a picture, at least I got a sweet parking space (Volvo ftw).

I definitely suck for not taking pictures of the Apu guys, but I think I might've gotten punched. They looked pissed.

OOT fame for a punch in the face? easy choice IMO go take a pic of Apu , hopefully in his f-bird

I have to admit that is a very clever piece of marketing that is more then likely to put a smile on people's faces rather then endlessly annoying TV spots. (Of course those are still probably coming.)
