I would reraise the flop. You will see a lot of one pair hands and draws here. I'm almost always happy to get it in with a decent overpair in a raised pot. Especially on a draw-heavy board.

I'd 3-bet the flop here a good % of the time vs. a 35/13. He could have a pair/combo draw here a lot of the time. Make him pay to draw.
