Look at his preflop 4bet, do you really think he's doing that light? I would put his range as KK+ and heavily weighted towards AA.

Maybe but I would 4bet with AK as well, though most don't.
Wouldn't you bet more on the flop for value if you had KK+ hand? |

shoving is better than raising the flop as you can actually turn your hand into a bluff and get him to fold qq or kk (at a very large stretch as its a relatively dry board)
Your line stinks! Check/fold flop as everyone else in this thread will tell you. Btw, has anyone ever tried the min re-raise as bluff to set-up a take down of a juicy pot on the flop? It is effective but I'm wondering at what levels is it best to try this strange play. |
