aba doesn't really mix it up postflop. i've watched all his vids and, sadly, took notes on all his plays (this what you do when you have no GF). he doesn't cbet bad flops OOP and value bets his good hands and double barrels, etc. when villain likely can't stand the heat. but i didn't really see any mixing it up. seemed very straightforward, with a lot of folding to aggression (including pre) with marginal hands.

edit: btw, great post OP

i hope this is a level

so instead u should mix it up by always c-betting bad flops oop, not value bet your good hands from time to time and double barrel even when its obvious its not going to work. o and obviously play more marginal hands pre flop w/o initiative to make things harder on ur self post flop. this is brilliant.

I assume clayton doesn't mean "mixes it up" as in does one thing 20% of the time in the exact same spot and one thing the other 80% of the time.

He means playing enough hands similarly enough that you're reasonably hard to play against, and using all the reasonable lines that are available to you.

you're reading my post wrong (or i didn't write it coherently):

i meant to say his postflop is standard ABC. he knows what kind of flops to cbet, when to shut down, when to fold, etc.

he's not doing some judo thing postflop to screw with you. it's ABC.

i refuse to let this thread die for at least 72 hours

i want to convert every single person who even had an ounce of sympathy for fgators or "could relate to how bad he runs" in the last 6 months

Seriously, how many can there be?

This is essentially what we've all been saying for months, but you made it sooooo much easier to understand than I've ever been able to put into words...

Not to spoil the fun but the original picture is a tad bit wrong... First off, the "perfect" T/LAG player's money made from coolers is obv going to be more than the money other people make from coolers, because they are going to be able to get their opponents in more situations where it becomes a "cooler" (example: the "perfect" player 3 bets / 4 bets some guy relentlessly for past 30 mins, and the guy wakes up with 99 and after 3 betting he gets 4 bet again, but this time "perfect" player has AA. "Perfect" player obv created this cooler for himself, while 99 would be a pretty ez laydown to most players).

And greg1osu's red bar should be in the negative. That guy couldn't be tighter...

Thats all
