Default 5/10 - people dont fold sets..

my first post guys so please take it easy one me.

5 handed, $5/$10, Stacks Me $1,100, MP $540, SB $1,180

UTG with 4c4h and you open to 35, MP calls 35, SB calls 35 (Pot 115)

Flop 4d 7d 10s

SB leads for 70, I make it 250, MP calls 250, SB makes it 960

Your move?

Not long at the table but MP seems a bit donkeyish, the call behind makes me put him on a FD. SB has been pretty tight, no real tangos other than he opened on the button for 35, I 3bet to 115, he 4bet to 265 and I folded. SB has not defended blinds for 3 orbits.

Easiest shove ever. SB has shown you that he can 4 bet, which means he knows how to raise, which is what he'd do w/ TT preflop. It's far, far, far more likely that he's holding something like 8d9d/JdTd than 77.

lol?

I think this is pretty close, but I'm sure I shove anyway.

If MP was a decent, I might be able to make a fold.

I think this is pretty close if the stacks were 3xbigger and players 3xtigther

Actually it would be 60% 77 and 40% JTdd and 98dd if those were the only hands in his range..

Shove it in, lots of dead money and he could hold a draw, T7 or 74 if he is loose. IŽd need a very good read to fold here.
