1) I bet on the turn vs sf villain
2) I check/call up to 3/4 OTR vs agro.
Is it a leak?

do NOT bet/fold turn in hand 1. that play makes zero sense. If you are ahead then you are staying ahead; you do not need to protect a hand. If you are behind, then you you have 10 outs which will likely allow you to stack him. With a B/F on the turn you gain nothing and give up a huge chance to get paid.

Hand 1 is fine unless you think villain might bet the pot without a straight at least 33% of the time. Then a call would be correct.

On hand 2 I'd fire two barrels with this good of a draw. So bet flop and turn. River is an excellent bluff cather card. So check-call the river.

hand 1, your line is fine up until river, people who are saying bet/fold turn didn't notice your redraw. I'd call the river vs. an aggressive opponent.

hand 2, consider check/raising the flop.

the way you got to the river, check if he's aggressive and bet/fold if he's passive.

I'd like to hear some opinions about check/raising or betting the flop. Which is better and in which situations? Why? I check raise in unraised flops almost never, am I giving up much value?

I almost never bet the flop OOP unless opponent is very passive.

I see. Is this a standard for many of you? I have seen that betting is the other widely used approach. I'd be interested in listening comments why the other approach is better than another. Maybe I should write a new thread as this is a bit offtopic.
