In the limited amount of cash I play, I see these weakish bets from players with medium strength to weakish hands quite often.

sorry if this isn't appropriate, but I'm trying to get better with my play when I have big pairs. Villain was an unknown to me so I had no reads. Am I looking at a set here ? an underpair?

I'd just call the flop bet in my games if that flop is rainbow and even usually if there's a flush draw on it. But I'd imagine it might not be as alarming when you get led into after 3betting preflop at NL25, so it's probably fine.

Also raise a bit more pre, I'd make it like $3.25.
