Default *Requested* : Short version of Grimstarr scam resolved.

Ok so ADZ124POKER scammed Grimstarr's login by getting some basic security question answers like they always do (no they are not AOL ADMINS).

I, as well as most other 2+2'ers found this out earlier today. So this afternoon I get home from class and working out and message grim on AIM knowing that it would be the scammer. Sure enough he asks me for the usual, oh I cant use my funds on FTP/I'm busto routine and asks if I can give him money on his other account, short answer no. I then tell him I dont mind what he's done and if anyone falls for it its too bad but that I wouldn't mind helping him or help him dump chips and withdraw the money. Upon using my hand wave Jedi tricks he trusts me and gives me Grim's AIM password. Then he asks me to call Grim since he wasn't picking up his (the scammers) phone calls and he told me to demand a $2000 wire or he would spew his money at $100/200. Instead of doing this I let Grim know that I was going to help him. Cool, nuff said.

After this I tell the scammer that Grim started crying on the phone and that his mother had called the FBI and the FBI was investigating (none of this was true, he was actually very calm and collected). After hearing this he got scared and I got on Grim's AIM and after this ADZ124POKER started messaging him (which in reality was me), saying basically to please drop everything with the FBI if he returned the logins and passwords.

In short he was scared shitless on AIM and gave it up. Hooray.

i think grim said he was giving him 20k (and he was being serious) and if grim can afford to give away 20k, he is obv nowhere near "busto"
