how do i avoid going broke here?

ANTES/BLINDS
VILLAIN posts blind ($0.50), HERO posts blind ($1).

PRE-FLOP
3 folds, VILLAIN bets $3, HERO bets $11, VILLAIN calls $8.50.

FLOP [board cards 4D,10S,5C ] (pot: $24)
VILLAIN checks, HERO bets $15, VILLAIN bets $30, HERO bets $79.35 and is all-in, VILLAIN calls $64.35.

TURN [board cards 4D,10S,5C,KH ]

RIVER [board cards 4D,10S,5C,KH,JD ]

SHOWDOWN
HERO shows [ QC,QD ]
VILLAIN shows [ AH,AD ]
VILLAIN wins $209.70.

(sorry, cant find converter for pokerroom hands)
villain seems standard-ish tag over 40 hands (17/9/1.5)

I wouldn't bet/3-bet such a dry flop but I mean, you're not gonna avoid it. Just pretty [censored] that he flatted with AA pre.

call his minraise?

if i just call the minraise im pretty much commited (my stack will be less than pot). i might get away if an A, K or T comes, not sure. should i?
