Default Titan response

After receiving the Titan email stating they are closing U.S. accounts, I shot an email back to them asking them the reasons for closing accounts and their interpretation as to how the new law affects them. This was their response:

Dear xxxx,

Thank you for contacting Titan Poker.

Hi, this is Eric from the Support Department.

We understand how you feel and where you’re coming from. As of this moment, no changes were made; your poker account is still open. We are not interpreting the law; we're complying with our management's decision.

We will continue to serve our American players until a final decision has been made. We cannot ascertain the exact date and time when will your poker account be closed.

Your full cooperation is highly expected on this matter!
