are there going to be places to rent around here? any suggestions on where to look? Are we going to get ripped off on the internet, or is it all just gonna be [censored] expensive?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, plenty of places. No. Don't know - a one month let is probably cheaper than a hotel.

Here's a link to a reputable agent showing short lets at Earl's Court. Earl's Court is quite central and therefore quite expensive but not at the top end. You could certainly get quite a bit cheaper if you go further out. Look at places like Vauxhall, but you will have to commute in. I recommend Earls Court it to you guys because it's very easy to get to the specific casinos from there and it's got quite a decent nightlife.

A nice looking 5 bedroom house is £3,250 a week. You may be able to bargain them down a bit.

Jinster seems to know what he's talking about. I'll do some research of my own tonight.

I applied for schools in the Spring and am obv playing poker in the fall. If I don't get in anywhere I like, I'm gonna go to a small college somewhere and get straight A's, then transfer to somewhere I want to go (probably in Cali, FL, or LV, but idk)

I'm not going to london, but I might be up for staying in barcelona. I was gonna go to paris right afterward but I could wait a few days since I don't actually have anything to do there. I probably would want to get to paris by the 4th or 5th.

anyone looked into London stuff? a hotel would suck =(

maybe if there isn't much interest we can just get a mid size condo or something and have people crash there? sidjsijdsijd

I suck at researching this kind of thing. I hope we are near a gym. lol. Having to do a hotel would suck.
