Default just realized I have a previous username on stars

There was a thread similar to this recently, but can't find it and I don't think it was quite the same. Yesterday, checking my Yahoo mail I realized I have an old username I set up years ago on Pokerstars, maybe played a few times in play chips, then didn't use Stars for a while. When I went to sign up for real money a while alter, I couldn't remember the password and just set up a new account.

What I'm wondering is, if I alert Stars to this, or they notice, will they make me use the previous account I wonder? Or will they figure that since I have played a zillion hands since then on the new one I should use it? And does anyone know when they do make you use a previous account can you get your VIP level stuff moved to it and fpps and whatever? I'm prob gonna try and grind supernova this month, it'd suck to start from 0.

Anyone got any experience with this?
