Default good fold or too passive?

25NL 0.1/0.25
JS8C off at big blind.
UTG limp,
fold around to me, i raise to 1.10 (going for the steal)
UTG called.
Flop QH, JH, 8D
I bet the pot
UTG raise pot size.
UTG stats 16/4/3 seem to know what his doing.
UTG stack 150BB, my stack 210BB, my statis 13/9/5
possible range that he would play UTG and Limp/Call,while raise me on the flop.
AA,KK,QQ,JJ,88,AQ, QJ, (i will discount T9)
if he has QQ, JJ, i'm drawing dead
if he has QJ, 88, i got outs, but pretty much drawing dead as well.
If he has AA, KK, AQ. (pretty much only hands i can beat)
even know i'm ahead. but my 2 pair can be easily counterfited with 2 cards to come.
So I folded here, because i didn't want to take play in a big pot with bottom two pair.
Is this ok? or am i too passive here?

afterwords i think he have KK,
reason
1) i rarely call a 3 bet prf without a position or PP, so alot of time i would raise EP, and fold to 3 bet. He may notice this, and decide not to 3bet, and to trap me with KK.
2) he ask me later if i have AQ.
if he put me on AQ, so he raise the flop to avoid Ace showup on later street.
