I think 4betting to 320 is better, get him to put it in with worse hands given history. Obviously you are calling push if you do that, with the history.

Ideally you'd like to stack off vs the shorty who has shown no strength, but not against the deep guy. So, I'd reraise and fold if the deep guy pushes, unless he is absolutely manical or something. 350 is a good number because he is pretty clearly priced out from calling for implied odds. If he just calls here then postflop could get tricky, and you'll have to figure out what he's up to from past history...

Also, your initial raise to 30 is much too small, I generally make it 50 at minimum when oop vs 1 limper.
