Default Pocket Tens on Jack high board facing river bet

Villain is the same from a hand i posted earlier on. He isn't brilliant and his stack seems to have been going up and down a lot. He is quite a loose aggressive player.

As he is quite loose I don't mind betting this flop as he will likey call with overs, a 9, PPs etc.

Snap call river.

you have to call river.
I don't mind checking the turn as it allows weaker hands to stay in and you might induce a bluff on the river.

easy call here, He thinks you've given up on the hand. He could very likely have a 9, 8 10, Q 10, even like 7's or 8's.

I like a bet of about 5 on the turn, we can't give him free cards to draw.
