Full TILT Support is just awful
So i sent Full TIlt a letter and this is two days ago and i still have yet to hear back is this common practice there??

Two e-mails and four days for me after asking about why the bonus wasn't credited to my account, and I still haven't heard boo from anyone there beyond the two autoresponders that say my e-mail is important to them and they will answer it at some point in the future.

Are the people that are not getting responses getting the suto responses? if not its most likely your email that is blocking them.
