Default 10/20. 44 3 handed

Im otb against 2 slight unknowns who in about 4 or 5 hands I know are not the best out there.

Anyway, Im otb w/ 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I raise, bb defends.

Flop 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
He donks, I raise, he calls.

Turn: A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
He donks again, I think about raising and folding to 3 but just call.

River is 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
He checks I check.

Question 1: While in hand I really was about to raise and fold to a 3bet, am I a pussy?

Question 2: Any sort of value in betting river, in your opiion?

If you mean the turn, don't raise/fold with all those potential outs and a SF draw. Calling is just fine. You're very likely behind.

No value at all. Check and hope he shows you complete air. Most air won't call the river.

house summed up my thoughts pretty well.

Flop raise is standard? Did you consider waiting until the turn, or even just calling down? I like to give these guys as much rope as possible, and it would be thoroughly un-fun to get 3bet on the flop and not know if its TP or a FD.

You agree with house about not raising the turn because of potential outs then you say this?

Granted the situation is different because he's not donking after you raised but still. Do you think raising there is proper?

Don't raise the flop. Yech. Raising the turn is fine if he can fold a 7 or a 5 but otherwise that's not so great either.

i like how you played it. against some players calling flop to raise turn is best.

agaisnt some players folding this given turn is best.
