Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($4.05)
MP ($6.45)

Button ($5.30)
SB ($13.60)
Hero ($10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
2 folds, CO calls $0.10, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero raises to $0.5, CO calls $0.30, SB folds.

Flop: ($1) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $0.8, CO calls $0.80.

Hero bets $1, CO raises to $6.75 (All-In), Hero folds.

Final Pot: $3.25

villin is 21/8 over 200 hands... aggre factor by street is 50/45/64

River bet was a blocking bet i.e. I hope he calls and no raises... check/fold better here?
certainly not another pot sized bet?

I personally hate blocking bets because they look so damn weak and almost always get raised. As played I would personally check fold this river. Definitely can find a better spot to put your stack in.

I think there is a high likelihood that he was chasing and hit. He definitely made some bad calls if that's the case, and I think you made a good fold. With four clubs on the board and your opponent calling so much, and then shoving, I think the fold is a good move here.

He is right though, that last 1 dollar bet is just plain pointless.

Grunch:

Preflop: I like a bigger raise here - 4xBB + 1 per limper (including SB). I will also throw in another BB since CO has position. So anywhwere from .60 to .70

Flop: Standard cbet. I tend to lean on the upper side of the cbet range (3/4 - full pot) when the flop is drawy (as this one is). This bet is fine

Turn: Here we start getting a little ansy. We put in a sizeable bet relative to the pot as well as the stacks/buyin and CO is not going away. CO is relatively tight both preflop and post (I am assuming that the AF numbers are .50/.45/.64)

River: Blah! As played you have to fold this (I am assuming that the 64 on the river is a .64). I actually check this, hoping that an unaggressive villain looks to get some value out of this and throws a small ($1-$2) value bet out there. So as played, you probably save money with your bet/fold. If Villain had a high AF then our small blocking bet (which screams "I'm weak") would not be appropriate here.
