Did they kill her? She was sobbing on her bed later. Did you watch the whole episode?

[/ QUOTE ]

No. Yes.

Octavian had fled Rome to Agrippa's. A couple years likely passed before he came back to Rome. Why not switch actors then?

[/ QUOTE ]

This week was the first time we've seen Octavian since he fled Rome after his fight with Antony.

WTF is up with swapping Octavians?

[/ QUOTE ]

The previous actor is around 18 or 19 in real life. I don't think he can pull of the Augustus.

I cant remember the actual history but I really hope a real side plot doesnt develop w/ Octavia and Octavians General Gripe(sp?).

Ok episode.

Octavia was married during the events of the show, as was Atia. So I doubt history would stop them.

Agrippa.

Octavia should be married to Marc Antony at some point.

Octavia marries Marc Antony at a leter point in history, after the formation of the 2nd Triumvirate. I don't think there is any historical connection b/w Octavia and Agrippa. But the series' portrayal of Octavia's first marriage had little to do with history, so who knows.

I thought it was a solid episode. Good to see Vorenus and Pullo back at it. Little too much on Timon. I liked the first Octavian but think the switch was necessary.

Where do you think they take Vorenus & Pullo from here? Back up with Antony? Sign up with Octavian?

Yeah, I mean this is a TV show, not the history channel.

Actor switches are always a bit confusing, but I will say that the new Octavian does a pitch-perfect imitation of the old.
