Default Live Overpair Fun

Live 1-2 game 9 handed, I am in the SB with about 180 and villain has me covered. Villain just sat but he seems competent so far and since the dealers know him by name I'm assuming he's not a tourist.

UTG + 1 opens for 7. Villain calls on button. I raise to 32 with AA (no spades), and he thinks for a few minutes, asking me if I have a big pair before calling.

Flop 9s 4s 3d. I bet 40, he thinks a few minutes, rubbing his head, saying I'm "really making him think", and then just calls.

Turn Td. Hero...?

If I have the As do I play it any differently?

Well, no, you have no flush draw so there is no difference...

The difference is that I can eliminate the nut flush draw from his possible holdings.

I'd just go all in on the turn. Pot is $150 and you have $110 left, so any bet commits you. If you knew him to be aggressive you could go for calling all in on the turn, but against an unknown I'd just go all in. Yah, it sucks if he hit a set, but pitching AA against an unknown for less than 100BB in a low stakes live game on a brickish board isn't a winning play IMO.
