I'm down around 3lbs, although that could just be 3 fewer pounds of food I carry around on average cause I'm eating less. Definitely lost a little muscle however. Oh well.

I am so close to being able to close the CoC 2. I can taste it.

The being-close-to part can last forever. Very frustrating!

Captains of Crush, a very tough, durable hand-gripper, of the type now made of steel or aluminum. They come in different strengths, and you can even get certified on them. #1 is a bit too hard for most men, #2 is not possible for many men not training in handstrength specifically(bodybuilding doesn't count at all) or who don't have jobs that stress working a great deal with the hands(electricians cutting cables, etc.). #3 is so hard that few people in the world can do it, and you can even get certified in it. #4 is pretty much so hard it's a joke even for the world's best hand-strength athletes. (And yes, there really is such a thing now! Brought about primarly by the introduction of CoC's themselves.)

They're sold at Ironmind, their creators, but can also be found at Amazon.com and other fitness outlets these days.

There is a CoC-related big thread both in this forum and in OOT.

I got the CoC 1 and 2 a few weeks ago, I can do a good 12-15 reps with the 1 and can do 2-3 with the 2 on my right hand only. Left seems to be a bit weaker, I'm sure we can all figure out why that is.

Who takes BCAA's? I am thinking of adding this supplement.

Any brand recommendations?

I take BCAAs, Biotest. They're good but a bit pricey (I have no idea if they're pricey relative to others though). I take a ton peri-workout and usually have a bag if I don't think I'll be eating for a few hours.
