dthorne is right, a fitch/pierre matchup for number 1 contender should happen. If St.Pierre wins, he deserve the shot. Doesn't matter that he had his shot, he worked his way back up to the top(did he ever leave)

Blah. I hope Chuck just retires. He is definitely one of my all time favorite UFC guys and it's sad to see him not be able to knock out a putz like Jardine.

I'm pretty sure Dana has GSP getting a shot after Serra/Hughes.

btw, my roomate saw Chuck jogging about a week ago here in Vegas around our neighborhood. We were just in a vacation house, and we don't live there anymore...no clue if he lived there or was just there temporary.

And then he could give a shot to whoever looses Serra/Hughs so that we will never see a 170 champ other than those three.

i really really really really hope st. pierre doesn't just get the shot at the winner of hughes/serra. while i really like him, i think he should have to fight fitch. both have done really well. it's not fair to fitch, either. dude has been on a complete tear.

Liddell looked confused out there. Kept thinking he would knock him out the entire time and had no back up plan if he didn't. Just stood there getting punched and kicked to the body.

Griffen manhandled the number 1 ranked 205'er in the world lol. Welcome to UFC Shogun. Join your buddy Cro Cop on the waiting list to early retirement.

Seriously, Cro Cop, Wandy, Shogun...is the cage format that much of a difference maker? Or are the restrictive rules UFC uses taking that much from international fighters' game? Will Fedor be the next victim?

Sorry if the answers are obvious, I'm still new to UFC. Getting into it fast though.
