An awesome way to lengthen papers

Do people really have minimum lengths for papers to have to do this? IIRC all my papers had maximums, never minimums.

well then if you go over the maximum, you can be super smart and make all periods size 5.5 font- allowing you to have significantly more BS than any other person in the class

This trick really isn't that great. If you look closely, the reason enlarging periods makes your paper longer is because it increases the size of lines (like, instead of having 24 lines of text per page, you will have 22 lines of text per page.) It provides the same results as increasing the space in between your lines (ie instead of double spacing you papers, you make it 2.1 space).

Point is, if your teacher is looking for cheaters, you will still get caught.

the best trick i know for lengthening papers (other than adding more content you lazy bastards) is to change the character spacing from 0 to something like 0.3 or 0.4 if you really need it

all it does is change the distance between letters by a fraction. it won't make 3 pages into 5 pages, but it'll really add up in longer papers if you're 2 pages short or so

just go to font preferences and look around for character spacing



or you could, you know, write more words
