Default $25NL TT overpair on river

the converter messed it up, I'm doing this by hand so bear with me please.

No read on villain as he has just bought in for 100xbb and i cover him.

I raise pf with 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

2 callers to flop worth $2.35 of 665 rainbow
Villain checks I cbet $1.50, guy folds, villain calls.

Turn is a 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] giving a spade draw

He leads out $3 into $5.35 pot. I don't like this but call.
River is 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] giving a board of 66529 with 3 spades.

He leads out $8, i have ~$23 left. HERO...

Was the call on turn bad and as played what do you do on river?

raise more preflop. looks like u did .85, should do at least 1 dollar.

bet more flop, pot size bet, theres a straight possibility and u want to build value/manipulate pot odds

3 into 5.35 is weak. maybe he has A2, maybe hes trying to get a cheap turn. raise 9 dollars

not sure what to do on the river. personally i would call becasue i would be scared of that spade but want to take it to a showdown, but some might suggest pushing, im not sure.

I see a lot of people do this with stuff like 77, 88, 99. Unless the river spade puts 3 to a flush on the board, I'm probably calling this bet pretty quickly.
